Math: C(t) = Σ D · exp(−k(t − tᵢ)), with k = ln(2) / t½. The "apparent dose" treats F · D / V as the input — fine for ranking and shape, not for absolute serum concentration. Steady-state peak uses D / (1 − 0.5^(τ/t½)); average uses D / (k · τ); time-to-clear is 5 × t½ (≈ 96.875% eliminated).
