How is Mounjaro different from Ozempic, WeGovy, Trulicity, etc?

Mounjaro is the only one of these molecules that activates both the GLP-1 and the GIP hormone receptors. Also, though it activates the GLP-1 receptors, it favors the GIP. So it’s similar and they’re all in the same “class of drugs,” but it’s different. Can I take other weight loss drugs while on Mounjaro? Yes, but talk to your doctor.
