Tips for Sulfur Burps

  • Metoclopramide - this is in a class of medications called prokinetic agents. It works by speeding the movement of food through the stomach and intestines. It relieves symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, a feeling of fullness after meals, and loss of appetite. Metoclopramide is also used to treat heartburn for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
